Connections for Families (Elbert County)

Elbert County's Youth Services

We have a passion for caring for Elbert County families and improving the lives of its children. Our list of youth programs is aimed at alleviating any behavioral, mental health, or other problems your child may have that is putting a strain on your family's ability to function. We will provide your family with an individualized approach to solving whatever problems your family may have in a way that is customized to your family's unique dynamic. We have many processes in place to ensure that we do not administer redundant or unnecessary services.

What Do We Do?

Connections for Families is a State of Colorado Collaborative Management Program located in Elbert County. We help children/youth (birth to age 21) and their families connect to providers and other resources in which benefits their goals of success. Connections for Families strives for collaboration among service providers, youth not becoming involved in the juvenile system, and stabilization in the home. It is our mission to improve the quality of life of these children and the families that love them. We are here to serve the families and, most importantly, the children.
